Individual Personal Training - I train in a fully equipped gym in my Lexington home. I want you to know that your sessions are all about you. Every personal training program is different - one size does not fit all! Depending on your goals, physical fitness level and interests, I will design a customized program perfect for you. My goal is to motivate clients toward a happier and healthier lifestyle.
Group Training – Group training is similar to individual training in that I work to create a program to match your fitness goals and fitness levels, but it is done in a group setting of up to six. The group provides great motivation, fun and affordability.

Sport Enhancement Programs – We have teamed up with Pro Staff Physical Therapy in Lexington to provide programming for local students and athletes.Our philosophy is to create high performance athletes who are educated and motivated to reach their peak potential through state of the art training methods.
The Home Fitness Collection Party – Come out for a night of fun and fitness. The Home Fitness Collection Party is a get-together for family, friends, co-workers or anyone interested in health and fitness. Having a party is fun, easy and rewarding. You will receive many discounted products.
NEW!!The Home Fitness Collection Show Room - We now offer treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, strength training equipment and more. Come visit our showroom to try out the equipment and ask a fitness professional for advice to make your home workouts efficient, safe and effective!
Home Exercise Workshop - This workshop includes one stability ball and 2 Versa Tubes and a 90 minute instructional class. The fee for all of this is $65. Class size is limited to 8. You will leave this session with a full-body workout you can do in the comforts of your own home, complete with pictures and instructions. This is a great way to make sure your workouts are safe and effective.
Speed Stacks Ambassador –Sport stacking with Speed Stacks is on the move. I am available to start or enhance your sport stacking program. Whether you are a physical education teacher, youth pastor, youth director, classroom teacher, recreation leader, coach or camp counselor or parent, I am available to provide a variety of resources and enrichment programs just for you.

The following is a list of educational lectures and workshops that I offer at your club or conferences.
Gliding Basic Training - Introduces the attendee to the core Gliding program, the unique Gliding Discs and exercises, science, technique and application for a variety of fitness classes and personal training. This course will cover general exercise science for functional and integrated movement as it pertains to flexibility, strength and cardio choreography specific to Gliding and the Gliding Discs. The training will cover applications for stand alone Gliding classes, Gliding integrated into various preexisting classes and use in both personal training and kids sessions.

Making Kids Fitness Fun
From infants to adolescents, this program will provide great ideas to make fitness fun and exciting. Whether you’re currently teaching kids or just getting started, this program will give you great age appropriate programming, equipment and prop ideas for shoestring budgets and marketing recommendations for effective kids’ programs. This program is great for anyone working with kids in a school, community or fitness facility program.
Gliding™ into Personal Training
Glide into this new and exciting fitness program, Gliding®. Gliding® is an exceptionally versatile tool that will add a whole new dimension to your personal
training. Your clients will love the smooth, gliding motion that will engage muscles they never knew they had. Learn how to incorporate the gliding discs with other “fitness toys” to make for a fun, fast paced challenging workout.
Personal Training in Small Spaces on Small Budgets – The Lecture
Have you ever thought of personal training outside a health club? This lecture will give you ideas and considerations on how to train in home or in a studio. Creative marketing ideas will be given you to help increase your clientele and revenue. Learn how to use various tools that will take up little space and fit a small budget. Several exercises will be demonstrated that will be sure to effectively challenge your clients to help them reach their fitness goals.

See it, Try it, Feel it! This workshop will give you many ideas on how to use equipment that fits a small space and a small budget approach for your personal training business. Whether you train in home or a studio, this class will show you how you can utilize tubing, medicine balls, BOSU®, Gliding® discs, stability balls and more for a fun, effective workout for your one on one training or group training.
Exercise Addiction and Exercise Resistance
This topic explores the continuum of exercisers from those who dislike exercise to those who become obsessed with exercise. You will be surprised how much they have in common. Learn the psychological and environmental factors that influence exercise resistance and exercise addiction along with the causes, characteristics, and treatment of these two activity disorders. Gain knowledge in how to identify, prevent and treat exercise addiction and exercise resistance in your clients. Be prepared to change your way of thinking.
